I offer a variety of strategies to provide your body the nutrients it needs to support your healthy lifestyle. I will also share tips on dealing with cravings, emotional eating and more!
Upon purchase you will also be invitation to my private Slack group. I post frequently with meal ideas, tips, motivation and more. Clients can message me directly or share with the entire group.
Each week we will set nutrition goals. You will receive regular check-ins to make sure you are supported and working towards your goals.
Additional Nutrition Programs
Sara is a Certified #Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant. This program is a 6-12 week nutrition curriculum to help clients improve their relationship with food, unlearn dieting rules, strict protocols and reduce food obessions. Clients will meet with Sara for 30-minutes weekly as well as receive additional support throughout the week. Contact Sara to learn about this life changing program.
Why work with Sara
My life changed 9 years ago when I became a mom. Though I know fitness and nutrition would always be a priority for me, I learned that I needed workouts and a nutrition plan that would take much less time, energy and effort but still give me the results that I wanted. I learned how to workout harder and smarter, found a nutrition plan that worked for me and changed my mindset. These changes led to so much less stress when it came to my food and exercise.
My goal is to educate other moms on how to fit in challenging, fast and enjoyable exercise as well as healthy eating habits for the entire family.

“Prior to both of my pregnancies, I did not work out regularly and struggled with high cholesterol and poor core strength. Before I was pregnant with my daughter, I had back surgery and was terrified of doing anything to re-injure and experience the horrible pain again, so I did not work out at all. During my pregnancy with her, I did not work out consistently and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My doctor put me on a low-carb diet and daily insulin shots before each meal. I struggled to gain weight even though the only exercise I did was walking. After giving birth, the road back to recovery was hard and it took many months to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
During the next 2 years, I decided to change my lifestyle and hired a personal trainer, Sara, and my life changed in so many wonderful ways. I was doing weight training two times a week and cardio three times a week. I was in the best shape of my life before I was able to conceive my second child. I did not have gestational diabetes, even though I had an 80% chance of doing so. The birth was much easier and I was able to get back to my pre- pregnancy weight within 3 months. I fully and whole-heartedly believe that because of working out regularly, weights and cardio, that it contributed to a much healthier and easier pregnancy.
